Meet Ian

I was lucky enough to grow up in Boulder, where my childhood consisted of early morning ski trips, and having unnecessary amounts of sunscreen applied to my face.

At Johns Hopkins, I studied International Relations and Mandarin Chinese, which led me to live and work in Shanghai and Singapore. As head of distribution and financial management for Asia and Latin America at CamelBak, I oversaw 38 countries, from Japan to Brazil. The experience taught me a great deal about global markets, and it also made me realize just how much I missed the mountains.

In 2017, I moved back to home and bought my first house in Martin Acres. With my background in dynamic markets, I saw the opportunity to help buyers and sellers navigate the market with smart strategy and data-driven insights. It’s been a pleasure to leverage market data to land six figure discounts, secure cash flowing investments, and help clients sell their homes for the highest prices the market will allow.

It’s important for people to realize that the price you offer on a house is only a small portion of what it takes to buy a house.
